Clinetic Labs, LLC (“Clinetic Labs,” “we,” “us”) operates clineticlabs.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or join our waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you join the waitlist we collect your full name, email address, phone number and shipping address.
Information collected automatically. When you submit the form we record the date and time, your approximate country (derived from your IP address) and your browser’s user-agent string. Your IP address is used in the moment for security checks and rate limiting; we do not store it with your signup. Our hosting provider also collects standard, privacy-focused site analytics that do not use cookies to track you across sites.
How we use it
- To hold your place on the waitlist and contact you about Clinetic Labs, including our launch.
- To ship your shift kits to the address you provide.
- To send a confirmation of your signup.
- To protect the site against spam, fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the waitlist, under obligations to protect it and use it only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security (including the Turnstile bot check), analytics and email delivery.
- Neon: secure database hosting for waitlist records.
- Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners: your name, address and phone number, only when we send your shift kits.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, including fulfilling kit shipments and contacting you about our launch.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Write to privacy@clineticlabs.com from the email address you signed up with, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. Depending on the state you live in, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others with consumer privacy laws, you may have additional rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, and access to waitlist records is restricted. The website itself can only add new signups. It cannot read the waitlist back. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Clinetic Labs is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has joined the waitlist, contact us and we will delete it.
Where we operate
The waitlist is offered to residents of the contiguous United States, and information is stored and processed in the United States.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will also tell you by email.
